Its made with toasted bread slice filled with avocado, sour & fresh cream blend mix with alfalfa sprouts, absolute healthy & delicious.

Bread of your choice – sandwich, brown, multigrain – 4
Cheese single slice – 2
Spinach – chiffonade – 2 tablespoons
Iceberg Lettuce chiffonade – 3 tablespoons
Tomato – thinly sliced
Cucumber – thinly sliced
Alfalfa sprouts – ½ cup
Avocado – 1 mashed with salt and ¼ teaspoon lemon juice or sliced per choice
Spring onions or red onions per choice – ¼ cup sliced
Sour cream – 2 tablespoon
Yoghurt – 2 tablespoon
Fresh cream – 1 tablespoon
Garlic powder – ¼ teaspoon
Ground black pepper
- Mix the Sour cream, yoghurt & fresh cream together and add salt, spring onion and garlic powder & ground pepper, keep aside.
- Take out the avocado pulp and mash it with a fork and mix with lemon juice and salt.
- Toast your bread as per your liking. Now spread this yoghurt cream mix, on top of that layer the spinach & lettuce, then next layer cucumber, tomatoes.
- Next put the cheese single & then layer with avocado mix and after that finally top it up with alfalfa sprouts.
