Mojito was born in Havana and has travelled world over and has made one and all fall for it. It’s really refreshing both ways – as a cocktail or a mocktail. Our Mocktail Mojito on the rocks, garnished with a mint sprig is extremely refreshing & absolutely wonderful. here is a DIY recipe, give it a shot!!
475 ml water
300 gram white sugar
50 gram mint leaves, chopped
475 ml lime sherbet, softened
235 ml lime juice
235 ml water
8-2.0 Liters.Club soda
Lime slices for garnish
- Combine 2 cups water and the sugar in a microwave-safe bowl; heat in microwave on High for 5 minutes. Then gently stir the mint into the water; let stand for 5 minutes. Then strain & discard the mint leaves from the syrup; set aside.
- Stir the limejuice, lime sherbet & 1 cup water together in a large size pitcher until well combined. Pour this mint-infused syrup into the mixture and add club soda, stir. Pour & Serve over ice. Garnish with Fresh lime slices.
