Here is a super simple Green tea recipe made with Tulsi (basil) & Honey. Best drink during dieting time!

Green Tea – 1 tea bag or 1 teaspoon green tea leaves.
Honey – 1 teaspoon
Basil (tulsi) leaves – 5-6 (roughly chopped)
Water – 2 cups (not boiling hot)
- Wash & chop the basil leaves.
- Heat water in a saucepan or an electric kettle.
- Take a green tea kettle and add the green tea leaves in the center strainer along with basil leaves. Incase you don’t have the green tea kettle in hand then put the green tea along with basil leaves directly in your cup with hot water.
- Pour tea in a cup and add honey, mix well. If you don’t like the honey taste, then you can use sugar as well.
Note: A lot of people don’t like to mix sugar while dieting or going thru a weight loss program. Try not to use fully hot boiling water. The left over green tea in the kettle is safe to be used another time too. Cheers!
