Apple – ½ (cored & diced)

Orange – 1 (peeled & seeded)

Kiwi – 1 (peeled)

Kale or spinach – ¼ cup

Green coriander or celery – ¼ cup

Chia seeds – 1teaspoon

Water – 1 ½ cup

Ice – ¼ cup


  • Blend all the ingredients together & pour in a glass, serve.
