This yummy fruity smoothie is made with banana, almonds, vanilla extract & black grapes, Yum!

Black grapes – ½ cup

Banana – 1 large

Almonds – ¼ cup (pre soaked & peeled)

Flax seed – ¼ teaspoon

Vanilla extract – ¼ teaspoon

Milk skimmed – 1 cup

Ice crushed – ¼ cup


  • Blend all the ingredients in a blender & serve.
