To counter this banana, which is potassium rich and tender coconut water helps to flush out the excess sodium from body.
Incase the reason for bloating is constipation then the fiber-rich spinach is the perfect remedy for that. Cucumber helps in hydrating the body.

Pineapple – ½ cup (fresh-diced)
Cucumber – ¼ cup (diced with skin)

Tender coconut water – 1 cup (chilled)
Flax seeds – ¼ teaspoon
Ice cubes – 4-5 (crushed)
