This pasta is super easy & super quick to make at home, it is made with fettuccine pasta, cream, cheese & butter.

Fettuccine Pasta – uncooked – 8 oz. (it will come to 4 cups cooked pasta)
Butter – 4 tablespoon
Cream – ½ cup
Parmesan cheese – ¼ cup
Dried basil – 1 tablepsoon
Ground black pepper
Salt to taste
- Boil fettuccine pasta with salt & few drops of oil till al-Dante (don’t over cook, let it be firm).
- Heat cooking butter and when it melts add cream & salt and keep the heat at low. Add Parmesan cheese and mix well.
- Now add the pasta. Keep stirring & tossing till the butter, cheese, cream and pasta all blend well together.
- Season with black pepper, dried basil and serve immediately.
