Greek Salad with Grilled Chicken


This greek salad with grill chicken is a very delicous and easy recipe. the fresh colorful salad adds to the charm of this dish, being served along delicously grilled chicken, dressed with olive oil and lemon juice.

For Chicken:

Chicken breast – 4 (skinless, boneless & halved)

Garlic cloves – 1 (minced)

Olive oil – 2 teaspoon

Salt per taste

Ground black pepper – ½ teaspoon

Oregano – 1 teaspoon

Chicken broth – ¼ cup

Red wine vinegar – 2 tablespoon

For Salad:

Lettuce romaine or iceberg– 3 cups (roughly chopped)

Tomato – 3 (diced)

Cucumber – 2 (sliced)

Onion – 1 large (sliced)

Feta cheese – ¼ cup (crumbled)

Lemon juice – 1 large lemon

Olive oil – 3-4 tablespoons

Salt per taste


  • Mix olive oil, minced garlic, salt, ground pepper, oregano & red wine vinegar and toss chicken breast in it and coat them well. Wait for 15-20 minutes.
  • Grill chicken breasts now on the grill pan from both sides till its tender & cooked well. Slice them.
  • In a mixing bowl add lettuce, cucumber & tomato, dress with mix of olive oil, salt & lemon juice.
  • To plate it, keep the grill chicken slices along with salad on the serving platter. Spread & sprinkle the crumbled feta cheese on top.

Note: Can be served with bread or as salad per choice. Enjoy!
