Here the chicken is marinated with garlic; lemon juice & olive oil and then grilled. It goes very well with fresh or grilled veggies, greens or couscous, breads, bulgur wheat or rice or breads.

Chicken breasts – 3 (skinless & boneless)
Lemon – 1 ½ tablespoon juice
Garlic cloves – 1 (minced)
Olive oil – 2 tablespoons
Salt per taste
Ground black pepper – ½ teaspoon
- In a mixing bowl add and mix minced garlic, lemon juice & olive oil with chicken. Marinate and refrigerate for 30-40 minutes.
- Take out and grill chicken now on the grill pan after coating the pan with olive oil. Grill till the chicken is tender and well cooked.
Note: Serve with your choice of bread, couscous, greens, bulgur, rice, pasta or simply grilled veggies. Bon Apatite!
