Almond Jelly Fruit Salad

Almond jelly or the Asian jelly is a nice dessert for the summer season, it’s an Asian soft dessert made with sugar & agar. It is delicious & highly appealing & tantalizing dessert.

This dessert is made with sugar & agar white cubes which can be served with fresh or seasonal fruits, it makes a great appetizer fruit salad. I saw this nice dessert at, I tried and enjoyed it very much so wanted to share with my readers too.

Step-by-Step Easy & Quick Recipe –

Castor sugar – 55 grams

Gelatin 10 grams powdered sachets – 3

Condensed milk – 400 grams

Almond essence – ¾ teaspoon

Fresh fruits (lychee without seeds, melon, peach or any other fruit of your choice) – diced

Water – 3 cups


  • Heat water in a saucepan and add sugar. Stir till it dissolves. Take off heat and add the gelation. Ensure that the gelatin also dissolves completely.
  • Now add the almond essence, condensed milk & water, mix all ingredients well.
  • Now pour in the dish and refrigerate overnight or at least 6-8 hours.
  • Now cut it into small cubes and mix with the fresh fruit salad.

Note: the almond jelly fruit salad is ready; you can enjoy your dessert.
