Almond-Dates-Tahini Balls

It is a vegan & very delicious Middle Eastern brunch treat or dessert. It is very easy to make and healthy too.

For making this great dish, just mix almonds, dates & tahini together and add cinnamon flavor. Make ball shaped dessert or can be enjoyed any hour of the day.

Almonds – 1 cup

Cinnamon – ½ teaspoon

Dates – 20 (without seeds)

Tahini – 1 teaspoon


  • Grind the almonds and cinnamon together in a food processor till finely chopped. Now add tahini and pulse. Add dates and keep mixing well till dates are also finely chopped and all blends well.
  • Take out the mix and make 1-inch balls with your palms and refrigerate.
  • Take out and serve either at room temperature or chilled per choice.

Note: a great tasting dessert is ready, serve and enjoy!
