Almonds – 1 cup
Cinnamon – ½ teaspoon
Dates – 20 (without seeds)
Tahini – 1 teaspoon
- Grind the almonds and cinnamon together in a food processor till finely chopped. Now add tahini and pulse. Add dates and keep mixing well till dates are also finely chopped and all blends well.
- Take out the mix and make 1-inch balls with your palms and refrigerate.
- Take out and serve either at room temperature or chilled per choice.
