Would you like to cook something delicious for your family & kids, well here is a great recipe, which they will surely love. They are very easy to cook. You can call it all time kids favorite snack or food.

Well our guest chef Joelle Paku has shared this wonderful recipe. This dish is made with all-purpose flour mixed with sugar, salt and yeast to form a thick batter; then batter balls are made after the batter is well risen and then deep-fried. Wow the result is simply yummy. Try out and enjoy!

Step-by-Step Easy & Quick Recipe –

Ingredients:

Maida (all-purpose flour) – 350 grams

Sugar – 200 grams

Yeast – 1 tablespoon

Salt – 1 teaspoon

Water – 300 ml

Oil for deep-frying

Instructions:

  • In a pan first put yeast, then the flour, after that sugar and salt.
  • Add water and mix well with hand till the batter becomes spongy and elastic. Now let the flour sit and rise for 4 hours.

  • After the flour is well-risen heat oil in a deep wok or pan and make small balls and put these balls in the hot oil for deep-frying.

  • When the balls are fried properly and become golden brown in color, take out on a plate with paper towel to absorb excess oil. Ready to serve.

Note: These delicious sweet balls are ready; Kids will surely enjoy and love them. Bon Apatite!
