Well our guest chef Joelle Paku has shared this wonderful recipe. This dish is made with all-purpose flour mixed with sugar, salt and yeast to form a thick batter; then batter balls are made after the batter is well risen and then deep-fried. Wow the result is simply yummy. Try out and enjoy!
Step-by-Step Easy & Quick Recipe –

Ingredients:
Maida (all-purpose flour) – 350 grams
Sugar – 200 grams
Yeast – 1 tablespoon
Salt – 1 teaspoon
Water – 300 ml
Oil for deep-frying
Instructions:
- In a pan first put yeast, then the flour, after that sugar and salt.
- Add water and mix well with hand till the batter becomes spongy and elastic. Now let the flour sit and rise for 4 hours.
- After the flour is well-risen heat oil in a deep wok or pan and make small balls and put these balls in the hot oil for deep-frying.
- When the balls are fried properly and become golden brown in color, take out on a plate with paper towel to absorb excess oil. Ready to serve.
