Chocolate-Banana Pops

It is time for treating kids and this one is surely a kid’s favorite and can be called kids special. They are very easy and simple to make and with a banana chocolate flavor.

For making this recipe you just need ripe bananas, chocolate chips & sprinklers. I saw this recipe from the great Martha Stewart and loved the picture first and then tried and loved the recipe too. Try out and enjoy!

Step-by-Step Easy & Quick Recipe –

Ingredients:

Banana – 4 (firm ripe & cut into 2-inch pieces)

Chocolate chips – 1 cup

Sprinklers – 1 tablespoon

Instructions:

  • Prepare a parchment-lines baking sheet. Insert a toothpick into each banana piece. Arrange them on the baking sheet with toothpick side up. Freeze for about 2 hours.
  • In a bowl melt chocolate chips, stirring till its melted and smooth.
  • Now quickly dip each pieces in melted chocolate, remove & shake of excess if any and coat with sprinklers. The chocolate will set fast but if needed freeze pops to harden the chocolate coating.

Note: the pops can be stored in freezer wrapped up to 2-3 days. Serve chilled banana pops and enjoy!
