Broccoli – 1 small heads (small florets – bite size pieces)
Cauliflower – ½ medium head (small florets – bite size pieces)
Cherry tomato – 1 cup
Black olives – ¼ cup (pitted)
Italian dressing – 1 ½ – 2 cups
Feta cheese – ½ cup (crumbled)
Raisins or black grapes – 4 tablespoons
Sun flower seeds – 2 tablespoons
- In a mixing bowl add all ingredients and mix and combine well. Cover and refrigerate and let the salad chill overnight.
- Take out and serve cold.
