Garbanzo beans – 1 ½ cup (boiled or 15oz canned beans)
Cucumbers – 1 (chopped)
Cherry tomato – 5-6 (halved)
Onion – small (chopped)
Black olives – 4 tablespoons (chopped)
Lemon – ¼ (juice)
Feta cheese – 4 tablespoons
Italian salad dressing – ¼ cup
Salt per taste
Ground black pepper
- In a large mixing bowl add all ingredients and mix well together. Refrigerate for 2 hours. Best served chilled.
