Salads are often quite good as a meal itself. This is garbanzo beans (chickpeas) & veggies with feta cheese with Italian dressing.

Salads are always Dieters delight. This recipe is very simple and easily doable. You just need to mix together all ingredients and chill them for sometime before serving & enjoying.

Ingredients:

Garbanzo beans – 1 ½ cup (boiled or 15oz canned beans)

Cucumbers – 1 (chopped)

Cherry tomato – 5-6 (halved)

Onion – small (chopped)

Black olives – 4 tablespoons (chopped)

Lemon – ¼ (juice)

Feta cheese – 4 tablespoons

Italian salad dressing – ¼ cup

Salt per taste

Ground black pepper

Instructions:

  • In a large mixing bowl add all ingredients and mix well together. Refrigerate for 2 hours. Best served chilled.

Note: Delicious garbanzo beans salad is all ready to be served & enjoyed.
