Choco-Caramel Popcorn Balls

We all love to eat popcorn n it’s a must while watching movies, generally we have the buttered or simply the salted popcorn but today we are discussing the sweet chocolate caramel popcorn. Wow, it does sound great and kids simply love it. When you taste it, it will bring your childhood memories back and for sure you will have fun eating them.

It is one of the recipes, which is used during Halloween or Christmas or can be made any time in general. It is super easy to do and does not take much time too. On top of it you can prepare something sweet n wonderful for your kids in a jiffy. All you need to do it melt the chocolate, mix caramel with popped popcorn & sugar and let it sit for a while, its ready to serve. Enjoy!

Step-by-Step Easy & Quick Recipe –

Popcorn – 4 cups or 1 quart (popped already)

Caramel sauce – ¼ cup + 2 tablespoons

Sugar –1 tablespoon (powdered)

Dark chocolate chips – 1 cup (melted)


  • Line a tray with parchment paper and keep aside. Now put the popped popcorns in a mixing bowl, keep this aside too..
  • Heat the caramel sauce in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Then pout over this boiling sauce on the popcorns in the mixing bowl. Let it cool for 3-4 minutes and then add powdered sugar. Mix well.
  • Now grease your hands with cooking spray and make bite size balls out of the popcorn mixture. Now dip them in the melted chocolate and line them on the tray with parchment paper till the chocolate is hardened.
